This site is intended for authorized defense, military, government, critical infrastructure, and enterprise personnel. You represent that you have authority to submit information on behalf of your organization and that the information provided is accurate and complete.
All content, trademarks, technology descriptions, product names (including BioFence™, SilentApproach™, FleetWatch™, GridGuard™, DarkSky™, and RapidShield™), and proprietary sensor technology referenced on this site are the property of Huvr, Inc. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
Information submitted through briefing requests is handled with operational discretion. Huvr, Inc. treats mission profiles and facility data as sensitive. Users agree not to disclose proprietary system architecture, sensor fusion methodologies, or pricing information to unauthorized parties.
The site and its content are provided "as is" for informational and briefing purposes. Huvr, Inc. makes no warranties regarding operational outcomes. Deployment of any Defense Neural Network solution is subject to site assessment, contractual terms, and applicable export control regulations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, unless otherwise agreed in a separate executed agreement.
Huvr, Inc. may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
